- نحن Euro Saudi Supply، خدمة سويدية للبحث والتنسيق لقطع الأتمتة والتحكم الصناعية الأوروبية للعملاء في السعودية.
- نجمع البيانات التي يرسلها العميل في نموذج الطلب مثل الاسم، الشركة، الوظيفة أو القسم، المدينة، رقم واتساب، البريد الإلكتروني، الشركة المصنعة، رقم القطعة، موديل الماكينة، وصف المشكلة، الكمية، درجة الاستعجال، الحالة المقبولة، مدينة التسليم، وهل لديه مستورد أو مخلص جمركي. كما نضيف بيانات تقنية محدودة مثل تاريخ الطلب، رابط الصفحة، لغة النموذج، ومصدر العميل مثل LinkedIn أو البريد أو الرابط المباشر عند توفره.
- إذا أرسل العميل رابط Google Drive أو رابط صور أو ملفات، نستخدمه فقط لفهم الطلب والبحث عن الخيارات المناسبة.
- نستخدم البيانات للرد على الطلب، مراجعة رقم القطعة، البحث لدى الموردين الأوروبيين، التواصل بخصوص الخدمة، وتنسيق خطوات الشراء أو الشحن إذا طلب العميل ذلك. الطلبات ترسل إلى بريد Euro Saudi Supply ولا يقوم هذا الموقع بتخزينها في قاعدة بيانات.
- لا نبيع بيانات العملاء.
- قد نشارك بعض المعلومات مع موردين أوروبيين أو شركات شحن فقط عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً لتنفيذ طلب العميل.
- يستطيع العميل طلب معرفة بياناته أو تعديلها أو حذفها عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

- We are Euro Saudi Supply, a Sweden-based sourcing and coordination service for European industrial automation and control parts for customers in Saudi Arabia.
- We collect information submitted through the request form, such as name, company, job title or department, city, WhatsApp number, email, manufacturer, part number, machine model, problem description, quantity, urgency, accepted condition, delivery city, and whether the customer has an importer or customs broker. We also add limited technical metadata such as request date, page URL, form language, and lead source such as LinkedIn, email or direct link when available.
- If the customer sends a Google Drive link, image link or file link, we use it only to understand the request and search for suitable options.
- We use the data to respond to requests, review part details, search European suppliers, communicate about the service, and coordinate purchase or shipping steps if requested by the customer. Requests are sent to Euro Saudi Supply by email, and this website code does not store them in a database.
- We do not sell customer data.
- We may share some information with European suppliers or shipping providers only when necessary to carry out the customer request.
- Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by email.
- We keep data only for as long as needed to serve the customer and for administrative follow-up.
- There is no direct file upload on the website now. If we add file uploads, analytics tools or cookies later, we will update this policy.
