- Euro Saudi Supply تقدم خدمة بحث وتنسيق ومتابعة لقطع الأتمتة والتحكم الصناعية الأوروبية فقط.
- نحن لا نبيع البضائع مباشرة، ولا نعمل كموزع معتمد إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك صراحة.
- نحن لا نستلم قيمة القطعة من العميل. العميل يدفع للمورد مباشرة ويدفع لشركة الشحن مباشرة.
- نحن لسنا شركة شحن أو مخلصاً جمركياً أو شركة فحص أو جهة استشارية هندسية.
- العميل مسؤول عن مراجعة رقم القطعة الكامل، الإصدار، البرمجة، Firmware، التوافق الفني ومتطلبات التركيب عبر مهندس أو فني مؤهل من طرفه.
- لا نضمن التوافق الفني للقطعة ولا نضمن حالة المنتج إلا حسب المعلومات التي يقدمها المورد أو جهة الفحص المستقلة.
- أي فحص فني أو اختبار يجب أن يتم عبر المورد أو جهة فحص مستقلة إذا طلب العميل ذلك.
- العميل مسؤول عن HS Code وسابر والجمارك والضرائب والتصاريح والمطابقة داخل السعودية.
- العميل مسؤول عن التأكد من إمكانية استيراد المنتج إلى السعودية قبل الدفع، ولا نضمن قبول الشحنة في الجمارك السعودية.
- لا نتعامل مع البضائع الممنوعة أو غير القانونية أو الخطرة أو الخاضعة لقيود تصدير دون تحقق قانوني مناسب.
- رسوم خدمتنا، إن وجدت، تكون مقابل البحث والتنسيق والمتابعة ولا تعني ضمان توفر القطعة أو إتمام الصفقة أو قبول المنتج في الجمارك.
- تشغيل الخدمة يتم من السويد، ويجب على العميل التحقق من القوانين المحلية في السعودية قبل الاستيراد.

- Euro Saudi Supply provides search, coordination and follow-up support for European industrial automation and control parts only.
- We do not sell goods directly and do not operate as an authorized distributor unless explicitly stated.
- We do not receive product payments from customers. The customer pays the supplier directly and pays the shipping provider directly.
- We are not a freight company, customs broker, inspection company or engineering consultancy.
- The customer is responsible for checking the full part number, version, programming, firmware, technical compatibility and installation requirements through their qualified engineer or technician.
- We do not guarantee technical compatibility and do not guarantee product condition except according to information provided by the supplier or independent inspection provider.
- Any technical inspection or testing should be carried out by the supplier or an independent inspection provider if requested by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for HS Code, SABER, customs, duties, taxes, permits and conformity inside Saudi Arabia.
- The customer is responsible for confirming that the product can be imported into Saudi Arabia before payment, and we do not guarantee acceptance by Saudi customs.
- We do not handle prohibited, illegal, dangerous or export-restricted goods without proper legal verification.
- Our service fees, if any, are for search, coordination and follow-up and do not guarantee part availability, deal completion or customs acceptance.
- The service is operated from Sweden, and customers must check local Saudi requirements before importing.
